Here are a few reviews Julie Kay has received:

"I met Julie several months ago at Sim's park as she was preparing for her Grief Support Group. She was very kind, talked to me, and invited me to her support group. She kept in touch without being pushy and with care. She told me she also did grief/ life coaching. Transportation had been an issue, so she also let me know she provided zoom sessions. I was dealing with grief as well as a myriad of health and stress issues. She began to help me see things in a different perspective. She spoke life into me and helped strengthened my faith. I went from laying in bed all day to walking everyday, working more, and my anxiety has significantly decreased. I definitely have more hope and purpose. I truly recommend her coaching sessions to help get unstuck. Julie, thank you. You have truly been a blessing!"

I am feeling so guilty after the death of my daughter who died at the age of 31 and left behind a two-year-old child. In my last conversation my daughter I told her I was very proud of her and that God was going to bless her. We laughed, talked about gospel songs and talked with my grandson. This was on Friday November 20th, 2020. November the 21st, 2020 we received a phone call around 10:00 a.m. saying that she wasn't breathing, and I knew right then she was gone. I felt so guilty because I felt like I could have done more. I felt lost for months, every day thinking that I should gone to pick her up. I went into depression, could not keep food down, and cried every day. My good friend introduced me to a Grief Coach, Julie Kettles, who's been through what I'm going through. Julie shared words of encouragement. She helped me to see the things that out of my control, like death, disappointment, betrayal, abuse, etc., and then to recognize and write what's in my control. Ms. Julie is powerful and wise as to how to think to get through all of the pain. God's word says He will not give you more than you can bear, and Julie taught me ways to experience that truth! I no longer letting everything around me bother me, and I've found my peace again!"

"I first met Julie in January of 2019 at a conference. I saw her do an Interpretive Sign and Dance presentation and I wept through the whole thing! We got together for her to teach me a specific song in Sign Language and realized we had kindred spirits. Doing Interpretive Sign Language to music is a very creative way for me to express myself and who God created me to be, and I've always had a desire to incorporate sign language in worship. Plus, IT'S FUN! Julie helped me have the confidence and self-esteem I needed to be able to worship in sign language and has been an encouragement to me ongoing. She is a great choreographer and a very good teacher. When I learned the song and presented it healing took place inside of me, as well as in those who watched. Julie has a wonderful testimony of what God brought her through in life. God's light shines bright in her!
