I have recently participated in the Thrive Workshop presented by Julie Kettles with a discussion of "The Circle of Control." I found this workshop to be enlightening and resourceful. Julie covered areas like how to recognize when we try to manage what is outside of individual control and cope with our thoughts that are in our control.
